BY USING THE BUSY HOUR SERVICES, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS, OR, IF YOU ARE NOT, THAT YOU ARE 13 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE OBTAINED PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS.

Busy Hour Service options

We provide numerous Busy Hour Service options. We may also offer special promotional plans, memberships, or services, including offerings of third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.

Trials

From time to time, we or others on our behalf may offer a trial of a Busy Hour Service by giving a certain amount of balances to your account.

Third-party/open source software SDK

The Busy Hour Service may or may not be easily integrated to your application. Therefore, there is a chances that the implementation of the Busy Hour Service may be limited. If you wish to continue to use our service on your application where we not provide an SDK, please keep in mind that there is a chances that some sort of ”wrapper“ might be out there that will allow you to use the Busy Hour Service. But, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any such ”wrapper“.

Your Use of Busy Hour Service

Creating a Busy Hour Account

You may need to create a Busy Hour account to use all or part of the Busy Hour Service. Your e-mail/username and password are for your personal use only and should be kept confidential. You understand that you are responsible for all use (including any unauthorized use) of your e-mail/username and password.

Your rights to use the Busy Hour Service

Access to the Busy Hour Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms (including any other applicable terms and conditions), we grant to you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, commercial and non-commercial use of the Busy Hour Service. This Access shall remain in effect unless and until terminated by you or Busy Hour. You agree that you will not redistribute or transfer the Busy Hour.

Busy Hour's Proprietary Right

The Busy Hour Service and the Content are the property of Busy Hour or Busy Hour's licensors. All Busy Hour trademarks are the sole property of Busy Hour or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Busy Hour Brand Features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

Payments

By using the Busy Hour Service, you agree that you need to top up your account to continue using the Busy Hour Service. The minimum top up amount is 10.000 IDR or equivalent in other currencies (excluding any ”taxes“) and please keep in mind that the top up amount is not refundable and is non-transferable.

Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Busy Hour Service (including any taxes and other charges) base on your usage in Busy Hour Service base on the pricing that can be found at our pricing page section.

Organization Account

If you establish a Busy Hour account on behalf of a company, organization, entity, or brand (”Brand,“ and such account a ”Brand Account“), the terms ”you“ and ”your,“ as used throughout these Terms (including other Busy Hour terms and conditions incorporated), apply to both you and the Brand.

Data and Intellectual Property Rights

You as a user of the Busy Hour Service are responsible for all any credentials that us (Busy Hour) provide to you to access the Busy Hour Service.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that we may monitor the total usage of each our service that been used by your end-users to ensure the quality of our service and to charge your account balance accordingly.
